1 Definitions & Interpretation

Certain terms used in these Terms have specific meanings. They are clarified below:

• "Platform" refers to the y555 website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who holds a registered account on y555.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits or rewards granted by the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the amount that must be wagered before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Services" refers to sports betting, casino games, live casino, and all other entertainment services provided through y555.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account or use any service on y555, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is approved for users aged 21 and above only. Age verification may be requested at the time of registration or at any point thereafter, and the member must provide the required proof.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the account may be suspended or permanently closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely true and accurate. y555 reserves the right to close an account if false or misleading information is provided. If any details change, the member must notify y555 promptly.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. If you share this information with a third party, you bear full responsibility for any resulting financial loss. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on y555 is ৳300. This minimum limit applies equally to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

3.3 Payment Verification

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through the member's own verified payment account. Use of third-party payment methods is not permitted. y555 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; a ৳10,000 deposit earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x), calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on games approved by y555.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• You may not claim a new bonus while a previous bonus has not been fully used.
• Wagering must be completed before the applicable bonus expires.
• y555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

4.4 VIP Program

The y555 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play. Weekly cashback benefits: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.7%, Gold — up to 1.0%.

5 Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

y555 is committed to maintaining a safe and fair environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Misusing bonuses or using multiple accounts in a fraudulent manner.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security or gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Harassing or showing disrespectful behavior toward other members.
• Providing false information or forged documents.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently terminated and the associated balance may be forfeited.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

y555 reserves the right to review each bet before it is finalized. y555 also reserves the right to void any recorded bet due to technical errors or obvious pricing mistakes.

6.2 Settlement of Results

All bets will be settled based on the official result of the relevant event. If any result is disputed, y555's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Cancelled Events

If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for bets placed on that event will be returned to the respective member's account.

7 Account Suspension & Termination

y555 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• If account information is found to be false or incomplete.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• In accordance with directions from law enforcement authorities.

A member may also request account closure at any time. In such a case, the opportunity to withdraw the existing balance will be provided, but any bonus for which the wagering requirement has not been met will not be returned.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

9 Limitation of Liability
